Heya,
I am trying to use the same settings in obs as I do with relive to stream 60fps 1080p at 10.000 bitrate using h.264 AVC encoder (AMD advanced media framework).
However the encoder is overloaded. I don't understand how that's possible given that relive works quite well. (No hiccups, no framedrops - that i can notice anyway)
My software versions : win 10 1703 64bit
obs studio 19.0.3
amd latest drivers 17.7.1
