Question / Help "Encoding overloaded!" Tried a few things but no luck. Any ideas?

Please advise if there's a setting I can change. I'm on a Microsoft Surface 8.1 PRO with strong, wired ethernet connection.

Your Intel HD Graphics can only take so much. OBS + A Game is just too much for that video card in the Surface Pro. Sorry bud. You can try downscaling further but I don't think there's much else you can do.

You can try lowering the output resolution to something closer to 480p, but as mentioned above, a Surface is not really the best device for what you're trying to do here.
