Question / Help Encoding Overloaded Issue. Help!

Hi all!

I keep getting the "Encoding Overloaded" message when I attempt to live stream a prerecorded video on FB Live. Any tips on what I need to do to change my settings?

Unfortunately, that CPU is going to be far too slow to be able to stream anything in any kind of watchable quality.

Would this also include simply going live without prerecorded videos?

What do you recommend as far as CPU size? (Excuse me if I'm not using the right terminology.)
 
Any recent generation i5/i7 should be fine for simple streaming of a webcam or a pre-recorded video.
