Question / Help Encoding Overloaded - gtx 1660 & i7 8700

I was streaming Escape from Tarkov and Battlefront 2 while playing both games I got the error encoding overload and noticed my stream freezing on the obs preview through the software, I am wondering if the issue is happening based on overload on the gpu or cpu or because of the amount of ram I have because I see plenty of people suggesting to have 16 gb of ram while playing escape from tarkov and if its streaming and gaming at 12 gb of ram I could see the issue. So if someone could help me out figure where the issue is coming from I will put the log file attached to this post. Whether the issue can be solved with changing my obs settings, amount of ram or else where.
I have
i7 8700
gtx 1660
12 gb ram

there is no record in this session
Have similary "Problems" with my 1660S
Nvenc 264 stream and ffmpeg H265 record works fine for up to 10H in a row
same with ffmpeg 264 stream and ffmpeg h265 crashs every 1-90 minutes random (with or without gpu/cpu load)
OBS runs but encode stops with encode error message

at my case it looks like the dual ffmpeg generates a problem idk if that helps you but post log will help other to assist
