Encoding overloaded during game recording!

Hello,
today i started recording a game and i was moving fast into game and lots of pixels were moving!
then i saw the obs saying: Encoding overloaded use faster encoding preset.

here is my log i dont wanna change my encoding quality what should i do?

Change the preset from Max Quality to Quality and update your GeForce drivers.
