So, is there a solution to this? I've tried all sorts of combinations. I only have a very low-power Toshiba Laptop L630. 8GB RAM, Nothing seems to work.
OBS works - but I can't find a solution to this popup.

Change resolution to lower maybe 360p.
Intel Core 1 gen. now we have 12. gen.
