Question / Help Encoding Overloaded but seemingly no cause

Whenever I try to record fortnite gameplay, I get the encoding overloaded error. While checking in task manager nothing goes above 70% and the cpu usage is at 5ish percent. Any help would be appreciated. The log file is at https://obsproject.com/logs/o3QXBBecH9WWyelF.

You're trying to capture with 240 fps. Apparently, this is too much for the nvenc encoder you use. Common fps rate for recording is 60.

I turned it down to 30, and I'm still getting the same error. I have a friend who has the same specs as me but a little worse graphics card but he can still film at 240 fps.
