Question / Help Encoding overload

turn vsync on if you have more fps than your monitor has hz, or if you have less fps you will need a framelimiter. You are maxing out your GPU and that is the reason why it does lag.
beside that i don't think that streaming 1080p 60 fps at 1000 kbit/s will look good. is that your max upload? If not increase the bitrate

No I can turn my bit rate up but someone told me that turning it down might fix my issue. I currently have a two monitor set up and my main monitor is a 1440p 144hz monitor. But I'll try turning on vsync and see if that works. I'll run a game and would you mind taking a look at my next log if it doesn't work??

Actually let ask this, do you think my RX580 8gb OC is even capable of streaming games like PUBg and R6S?

I don't have this card so i can't say for sure but i would say it should work. You have to test more i guess or maybe somebody that has a RX580 can help you here?
