Question / Help Encoding Overload?

Everytime I try to stream something at 720p 30 fps, it says encoding overload.

My PC has an FX-8350 and an RX - 460. Im confused on why it's giving me this error when I know my system can handle this.

No stream attempt in the log. You need to open OBS, start streaming, run it until you experience the problem, stop the stream, quit OBS, then grab the log to post. The log you posted only has OBS starting up, so there's no information about your problem.

Although most obvious reason for an encoding overload message is a CPU preset that is too slow. Start at ultrafast and move slower until you get an overload, then back off.
