Encoding Overload

First of all, hello.
My problem started about 1-2 months ago and I couldn't solve it no matter what I did. I keep getting an overload error, but I have no idea what it's caused by. I have logs for today, I wonder if anyone can look at them and tell me what the problem is?

Don't use CBR for recording, instead use CQP setting the CQ level between 23 and 15 (lower better quality)
If your main use is for recording, then run the Auto-configuration Wizard selecting Recording as main use, GPU for encoding. Apply the settings it gives. Do not change anything.
Restart OBS (!important)
Now, without changing anything, test it as is.
If all goes well, change the quality preset for a better one and test again. Notice you are on simple output mode, keep it this way.
For each test upload the file log and check the analyzer. You can access this via the Help menu. Yes, OBS has a usable Help menu.

Disable HAGS
Run OBS as admin.

CQP increases the size too much. The quality decreases too much at high numbers, so I don't use it. Would it make more sense to use VBR instead? Also, I have always used it like this until now, I want to edit the settings myself, automatic is not enough for me. I've been having this problem for 2 months. I haven't changed much, actually. OBS was updated and drivers were updated in this period.

No. Also, you need to record into a SSD M.2 drive.
CQP maintain the quality increasing the bitrates when are needed. Perhaps you just have to work with lower values of CQ (20?) or lower the fps to 30, or lower the resolution to 1080p 60fps
You can also stay on simple output mode and use the quality presets.

I'll give it a try today, hags was probably causing problems, I switched it off yesterday. I will write again after I try it. Apart from that, I even recorded games that require a lot of GPU with these settings, there was no problem.
