Question / Help encoding overload

While recording some gameplay, I have been noticing the message "encoding overload! Please turn down video settings." my graphic card on my hp laptop is the standard x294 as it is the basic option to choose from. When i preview my video in my video app, it stutters and lags bad to where I recorded as normal when I pressed the record button in the obs software. I truly need help because I am trying grow my YT channel without having to capture gameplay with my console everytime. I looked up the on main thread about the encoding overload, and does not help me one bit. I even tried youtube videos about this issue, but those do not really help except for letting me hear the game audio through my latops speakers.
 
Now, my issue is that in the preview video of my test that I did, there is no noise coming from there. I have everything checked right, I would hate if I have to continue to use my console to record gameplay.
 
So, now im screwed by not receiving any help. Seriously trying to grow my YouTube channel using a capture card.

Include a log file if you have a problem: here's how

To upload a log file, go to the Help menu -> Log Files -> Upload current/last log file. The current log file is for the currently active running session. The last log file is for the last time you ran the program. We recommend always including it just in case.

Open OBS. Start an output session (streaming or recording). Observe your issue. Stop the output session. Upload the Current log without quitting OBS.
