Encoding Overload while having a good upload (2000Ko)

hey! I'm here because I have a problem: I formated my pc Tuesday, and I wanted to lauch a stream agai, but here, Encoding overload... I have an upload speed of 2000Ko, but at the bottom of OBS, the upload variates from 2Ko to 200 Ko, while the max is 2Mo...
Really, I need help because I have to stream Saturday morning (match), and I really don't know how to fix this... :'(

Encoding Overload is not bandwidth related.

Please post a log with your issue! Here's how...

OBS Studio creates a log file each time you run it which contains very useful diagnostic information. Without a log file, it's much harder for any support volunteers to figure out problems and your post may be ignored. To upload a log file, go to the Help menu > Log Files > Upload Last Log...
