Encoding Overload when recording

I have never had this issue before. For a while now I have been getting this error message. "Encoding overload" when recording
I have changed everything I can think of to at least get different results but nothing changes. (Run as Admin, using NVIDIA NVEHC H.264, Changed rate control, changed Keyframe Intervals, changed preset and profile, lowered output resolution, lowered FPS)

I thought maybe the plugin to stream to Glimesh caused some issue (last thing I changed in OBS) Did a full uninstall, deleted all plugins, wiped every trace of OBS I could find, reinstalled to the latest, and I still get this.
I only have 1 scene with 2 sources.

I also found posts about Microsoft and the game control settings, everything is off in the Microsoft settings. I dont get it. Desperate for some help!
(If Im to blame, I will fully take responsibility!!)

Attached is the last log when I did a basic recording.
thank you for any info you can provide!

1. Build your scene with Game/Window/Video Device Capture etc. Display Capture is a last resort.
2. Your log contains no recording session. Results of this log analysis are limited. Please post a link to a clean log file.
To make a clean log file, please follow these steps:

1) Restart OBS.
2) Start your recording for at least 30 seconds. Make sure you replicate any issues as best you can, which means having any games/apps open and captured, etc.
3) Stop your recording.
4) Select Help > Log Files > Upload Current Log File. Send that link here.

Thank you for the info.
I have always used Display capture for live streams to quickly move things into the shared window, I just default do that for recording. I will change that and do more testing.

I did change one thing I found that worked for someone else.
(Rate Control to CQP, Level 20) After this change I only saw 1 message about Encoding Overload, however I was not paying close attention.
Attached is the log for that recording session.

I will do more testing tonight with Game capture instead

1. Set the refresh rate on whichever monitor you are capturing to 60 Hz and cap your games at 60 FPS.
2. Record to MKV or FLV. If you record to MP4 or MOV and the recording is interrupted, the file will be corrupted and unrecoverable.

If you require MP4 files for some other purpose like editing, remux them afterwards by selecting File > Remux Recordings in the main OBS Studio window or enable Auto Remux in the Advanced Settings.
3. Uncheck the box for Psycho Visual Tuning.
