Encoding Overload when recording at high settings

Hi. I'm using OBS to record gameplay at 360FPS for the motion blur it adds after rendering.
I'll include images of my settings, and I'll attach a log file with an analyzer link.

First, I'll go over my PC Specs. With my specs, I think I definitely should be able to record in these FPS settings.

Intel i9-9900K
RTX 2080 TI
64 GB RAM

Now, I'll include my settings.

Recording at above 60fps is not officially supported, and is 100% at-your-own-risk if something breaks. To receive support here, turn down your recording framerate to a maximum of 60fps.
