Question / Help Encoding Overload? Trying to stream from laptop?Using OBS Studios Pls Help

Hello,
I recently did a test stream using OBS studios and ran into an issue where the error message ENCODING OVERLOADED popped up. To be honest I don't know much about what I can do or even if my current PC (laptop) is sufficient enough to provide a decent stream quality. I have the logs, my pc specs are ...PLS any help would be much appreciated.

• Windows 10 OS
• intel(r) core(tm) i5-3337u cpu @ 1.80ghz
• 6 GB RAM

If anything suggestions, tips, or even information about the capabilities of my current pc would be awesome.
I really would like to learn more about this, and in advance thanks for your help.

What device are you capturing with your Elgato? You should set it to the same resolution as that device is outputting, but I see you changing it around a lot.

Yeah, im using the elgato hd 60. If so what resolution should i stream at?

From your log file:

22:24:59.053: base resolution: 1366x768

This should be whatever resolution is being output by your monitor and something that is supported as input by your video capture card.

22:24:59.053: output resolution: 1092x614

This is the resolution you stream after downscaling.

22:24:57.999: Physical Cores: 2, Logical Cores: 4

Your CPU is a pretty crappy laptop CPU, so you should probably downscale by 1/2 or so, maybe more or less depending on the game.
