I've been having this problem for a week now and I can't seem to find the solution. It started to happen after I updated my obs. But one other new thing I did was get a new webcam. The razor kiyo pro ultra. It is recording in 4k with 30 fps. I've lowered it to 1080p to see if that was the cause and nothing changed with the encoding overload. Even lowered it to 720p and nothing. So I don't think that's the problem. This problem is not only showing in stream but just the preview video with obs just running.
my specs are:
nvidia fe 3080
ryzen 9 5900x
ram - trident z royal 32 gb
I think these are all good hardware? Idk. I'm upset that I had to switch over to SLOBS because OBS doesn't want to to work for me. Any other solutions? I've tried literally everything.
