Encoding overload problem. I can't figure out best settings

I've lowered my settings and i've tried everything to record my videos. but I continue to have issues. i just need some help i guess. my computer is not bad by any means. but it seems as if it is, cuz it overloads on every single attempt, even with the auto config wizard.
here are my specs:
GPU: Radeon RX 580 series
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 2600 Six-Core Processor

Standard troubleshooting - drop to 30fps
And what is with video Format: RGBA 709 Full ? that is NOT one of the auto settings. start with Partial for sure
Also you have audio sampling at 2 different rates - I'd advise fixing that as it isn't helping, though not specific to
16:47:05.333: Video stopped, number of skipped frames due to encoding lag: 292/374 (78.1%)

If you can change your post title, I suspect you'll get better answers if you ask specifically for assistance with AMD GPU encode offload (knowing history of problems AMD has with H.264 encode offload). .. sorry not my area
