Last night I was recording some footage using OBS studio and everything worked flawlessly with no issues. Today while attempting to record I keep getting the Encoder Overload notification even though I've changed literally nothing since last night and today. I've tried a clean install of OBS, different games, encoder settings, restarting and shutting down my PC, and nothing seems to be able to fix the issue.
I was using the new NVENC encoder running CQP at 25. I have an i7-8700k, GTX 1070Ti, and 16GBs of memory.
