Question / Help Encoding overload, low fps obs 18.0.01

Hi guys,
I just updated from an older version 17.00.? to 18.0.01 and I can't even make a local recording with out really low fps (like it drops to 2- 5 fps and then up and down) so I know there is now way I can stream this.

I realize this is a slow 2 core AMD processor but I should be able to make this work somehow...hell I'm not even gaming, I just want to stream a good show. :)

Any help is greatly appreciated!

There's no chance for E-series AMD APUs. They're just too weak.

And that's ignoring the fact that 18.0.1 is still a full major version behind.

I don't suppose I will do any better with an Intel Celeron 900 @ 2.20 Ghz will I ?
I'm just trying to find a workaround until I can get a better computer.
