Just recently i started getting the Encoding overload warning, I haven't changed anything and it was running awesomely until about 3 days ago. Now i can't see to get it fixed so I can stream on twitch. Please help.
Here are my specs

Motherboard: ASUSTeK Computer INC. M3A79-T DELUXE (CPU 1)
Processor: AMD Phenom II X4 940 Black Edition Deneb Quad-Core 3.0GHz Socket AM2+ 125W Processor HDZ940XCGIBOX
Ram: 8.00 GB Dual-Channel DDR2 @ 401MHz (6-6-6-18)
Video Graphics: MSI Radeon R9 380 4gb O.C.

I know its an older MB and ram.. but 'what I have been working with.. and now no matter what game i stream it does it. I also tonight, updated the graphic drivers for my card.. and it's still doing it. Please help.
Also a note I have tried doing it in the past with software x264 and it does the same thing thats why I went with using hardware.

Here is a log

Logfile

Any help would be great..

Nobody can help? I have tried everything. I was just asking to have someone look at the log to see what else they can think of!..

In some cases, OBS will say "Encoding overloaded!" on its status bar, meaning that your computer can't encode your video fast enough to maintain the settings you have it set to, which will cause video to freeze after a few seconds, or periodic stuttering.

That's what I figured. It never did it before the other day. And I haven't changed anything. Now i lowered the Output to 1152x684 and base is still at 1920x1080 its working a bit better, and it looks ok on stream. But I shouldn't have to lower it that much to maintain ratio for streaming. That's why I included the log So if someone could look it over and see. .Also another issue with Studio, that's happened in the past is that i have output set for AMD Hardware and when I shut obs down, it sometimes will go to Software.. and I forget to check and omg the stutter and lag is unbearable. I go to reset it and Hardware isn't showing. So I have to shut down obs and restart and then reset back to hardware.. Any idea on this? Beside what else I have going on.
