Encoding Overload Issue (tried EVERYTHING, please help!)

Hi, I'm currently trying to stream on Twitch and when I try to stream a game (art streams work fine) it starts lagging and my audio will start clipping. After trying several different fixes listed from the pinned forum posts, I was unable to fix these issues. If someone could help, that would be great. Thank you!
 
Also just adding more info to above...

What was tried in Settings:

- CPU USAGE: changed default "very fast" to "ultra fast" (seemed to get worse) then changed to "super fast" a bit better but still lagging.
- Changed scaled output from 1080 to 720.
- Encoder is currently: x264
- Bitrate is currently: 2,500 kbps
- Video - bilinear / 60 FPS

There can be many sources of this. Best course is to open your own thread, and include a logfile from a recording or streaming session where the problem was happening.
