ENCODING OVERLOAD HIGH END PC

hey guys i wanted to know if its anything im doing wrong i have a 5900x and a 3080 but i seem to get more than usual encoding lag,, ive tried uninstalling, changing priority, running as admin, i dont wanna lower bit rate because any lower is noticeable. how can i fix this my log files are below
