Question / Help Encoding overload error and frame drops

Hey all,
I recently started streaming, and I am getting an encoding overload error that causes a significant drop in frames. Obviously, Im not sure how to troubleshoot, as I am fairly certain it is not my internet speed (100 mb download and 11 mb upload), and also my hardware. I utilized the auto configure option, but am not sure what to change. Thanks for the help.

You are overloading your GPU.

Your internet connection is mostly OK-- not many frames dropped here, but not perfect, either. This probably means don't raise your bitrate any higher than it is or more frames will drop.

You are severely overloading your encoder here in the last output session after the auto-config wizard finished. You have a new model Nvidia card, you should probably use NVENC, especially if you're using a 1 PC setup and capturing a CPU-intensive application.
