encoding overhead and twitch lag issues

Hi guys, I have a big problem, I do live on Twitch, it happens that with almost any game I have the encoding overloaded and therefore it clicks, even by lowering any graphic setting of the games to a minimum, can anyone help me?
Phasmophobia idling from problems (really light game)
Any code even BO2...

i set the games to 1080 with all settings at minimum even though i have a 2k monitor
as a connection I have 1gb down and 800 up
nvidia 3080ti video card
ryzen 5800x cpu
32gb ram 3200hz
144HZ 2k screen
ssd m2 samsung 980pro

Please post a log with your issue! Here's how...

OBS Studio creates a log file each time you run it which contains very useful diagnostic information. Without a log file, it's much harder for any support volunteers to figure out problems and your post may be ignored. To upload a log file, go to the Help menu > Log Files > Upload Last Log...
