Encoding lag

So i was on windows 10 pro before had to fix my pc and somehow enterprise got installed

I made recordings of metro exodus and everything worked fine no issues after enterprise got installed i started getting encoding lag when recording. I then used an online version of apowersoft to record the game and there was no fps drops.. How ?Wat?why?huuh? My settings are all the same idk what to do anymore? everyone is teliing me to lower this and that and more bs. The point is it worked fine but now with Enterprise as the OS it doesn't. So any solutions including to lower this and that will be helpful please

OBS Studio creates a log file each time you run it which contains very useful diagnostic information. Without a log file, it's much harder for any support volunteers to figure out problems and your post may be ignored. To upload a log file, go to the Help menu > Log Files > Upload Last Log...
