encoding lag

Hi! So I have an RX 5600 XT and I am using the H265 encoder with CQP at 51, 51 because I couldnt find any other settings so I wanted to test what would happen at 51 51, and Quality Preset set to SPEED. I am trying to record minecraft and it's crazy how my GPU gets a 97% frames skipped due to encoding lag whilst CQP is at 51 51 and Quality Preset set to speed. Can anyone help me? I have 16 GB of RAM and an AMD Ryzen 5 3600 CPU. I also have the latest drivers from AMD.

Perhaps its because you are trying to make your Ryzen 3600 6 core capture 120 FPS when it can't?
23:24:03.058: fps: 120/1

Lower the FPS to 60 FPS.
23:25:13.040: Video stopped, number of skipped frames due to encoding lag: 1781/1823 (97.7%)

As said in the thread, I'm using my GPU to capture 120 fps and all I've done was change the GPU out. I've caputred it with my old GPU (RX 580) but seems like I can't with my RX 5600 XT.
