Just what the title says. I can see in the logs that I am getting encoding lag which is what I assume is causing my stream to stutter, I have no stutter issue when I am just recording either.
Is it possible for me to fix this without dropping the quality of the stream too much? I feel like I shouldn't have this problem as my old computer was able to stream without issue with the same settings and the parts I have in my new one are obviously better.
