Question / Help Encoding issues out of nowhere...

Hello there,

I'm knee deep in an issue that has been bugging me all night. No matter what I do, I can't seem to fix the problem. I'll try to keep it as brief as I can about it, as the problem (as the title indicates) came literally out of nowhere.

I have been on Twitch for roughly 3 months now. I've been streaming under the exact same settings as I started with this machine without any issues whatsoever. As of today when I began streaming at my regular time, I started noticing I was getting encoder overloads at the bottom of my OBS window. Perplexed, I attempted to adjust the problem on the fly, but it continued to persist, no matter what I did.

I'm reaching out because I'm left scratching my head, and would like to get this solved as soon as possible so I can get back to my fluid streams I enjoy casting. If anyone has any idea why this seems to have happened over night, please fill me in? Thank you for any advice you can offer, in advance.

Sincerely,
Shishy

PS - I'm attempting to upload one of my log files where I was constantly receiving these errors, but for some reason the file will not upload properly.

PSS - If it's relevant info to have, the games I was playing during the events were Fallout 4 and PLAYERUNKOWN's Battlegrounds (running in Directx9)

Oh damn! Forgot to mention that the previous settings I spoke of earlier, the ones that have gone unchanged since I began streaming... The only thing different from the logs is I have been using a 2500 bitrate. I mean, I realize that's kinda low... But the stream always looked great, so I tended to leave it alone. I attempted adjusting the bitrate multiple times after this started happening, but to no avail. Thanks again!

Have you monitored your CPU/GPU load both with OBS open and without? While the game was running, that is, to ensure that you're not maxing out your CPU/GPU before OBS is even brought into the picture?

Nothing changed with OBS, but other applications/updates can impact performance negatively, and happens quite often.
