Encoding error when I am record Teams

Here's my latest log. Please help me. Recently, I have experienced these errors.
Before, I had used Software encoding and I have errors relating to Encoding error so I changed into Hardware and now I still see those errors.
Are there any solutions for these problems?

Thanks everyone. I am from non-native speaking English nations so it may be hard for everyone to understand. So sorry.
