Encoding error preventing me from streaming

I started up OBS to stream this evening, and got this error message:

drivererror.jpg

So I updated the video drivers and rebooted my PC, but I am still getting the same error message when I try to start the stream. I have not changed the encoder settings since the last time I streamed about 3 weeks ago, and now the drivers are up to date, I'm not sure what else to try next. Logs attached. Any assistance appreciated!

You need to (re)install the desktop version of Itunes as this profile was set to use the Apple encoder.
Thank you, I would never have thought of that! Is there a way to change the encoder so it doesn't use Apple? I genuinely detest itunes, which is why I uninstalled it, had no idea it could mess with my other installs.

Change your audio encoder to something other than "CoreAudio AAC".
Thanks, I went into my settings and I can't find any indication that I'm using CoreAudio AAC in any capacity. Screenshots attached of my current settings, everything is set to FFmpeg AAC.
