I've been having an issue with OBS the past month or so and can't figure out what's going on. I've tried everything I can think of (after reading the pinned threads) and I'm still having issues. My stream runs fine for about 10 minutes and then the cpu usage spikes from around 5-10% to 40%+ and I drop a bunch of frames. Here's the log file from my last attempt at streaming:

If anyone has an idea of what may be happening, or needs more information from me please let me know. I would appreciate any help as I'm not looking to spend a ton of money for a new PC, but may consider it if I can't fix the issue.
