The encoding error saying that I need to lower video settings or use a faster encoding preset consistently pops up while I'm recording/streaming. I've tried everything I know how to do. Including setting the encoder preset all the way up to ultrafast, raising my bitrate, lowering my output resolution to the lowest possible setting, changing my downscale filter, and lowering my FPS value. All the while my CPU is only ever reaching 14% at the highest point and stays around 9-11% typically.
