Encoder settings use the integrated GPU instead of the external GPU

I was trying to set up my encoder to use hardware instead of software encoding.
I have an Nvidia RTX 4060, so the encoder should be NVENC but OBS only offers AMD, HEVC/H.264

I have looked at my task manager and I see that my integrated GPU (AMD Radeon Graphics) gets used only when I record with Hardware encoder.
I've tried to manually set the GPU OBS uses in windows graphics settings, but no luck, it still uses the integrated GPU.
Any help would be really appreciated.

Make sure the nvidia GPU is set as primary video output on the BIOS and the driver is up to date.

Windows kept telling me the drivers were up to date, but after checking on Nvidia's game ready app I found out they weren't. This solved the issue, thank you!
