Encoder overloading when recording over 1 hour or so

HI, I have my OBS settings pretty well figured out... or so I thought. I just recorded a 2.5 hour video of me producing music after recording a few other successful ones and got an encoding overload error. Can anyone help? My phone (which was connected to camo to film me) died halfway through so I'm not sure if that could have caused it.

Here's my log file: https://obsproject.com/logs/Btsf0D5JDShf7ONa

Any help would be awesome, thanks!

You're asking OBS to record 3 sessions at the same time with nvenc. 60 fps. One regular session and the additional sessions with the source record plugin. Two of these sessions are 4k resolution, one is full hd. All that on the Laptop version of the RTX 3080 Ti GPU.
That's simply too much for the nvenc encoder circuit. Reduce the number of parallel sessions until your recording is fine again.

I see. Ideally I'd just record the two source record sessions and not use the main one, and get the audio I need from the others. Is that possible? Should I also consider dropping the framerate on my phone and screen rec too? Thanks for the help!!
