Whenever I try to record, OBS display the "Encoding Overload!" message in the botton left, and when i watch the recording back, it has drop frames. The issue is that this was never a problem with any other versions of OBS previous of 24.2. I have always used the same settings in every version, and I know my hardware can handle the settings I use, yet in the current update it seems to not work. What gives?

Restart OBS and perform a test stream/recording of no less than 30 seconds doing as you normally do, including playing games, full camera or whatever you normally do.
Look in Help menu. Upload the current log file and paste the url to the log in here. Click on the Analize button to start troubleshooting common issues.
