I have been reading through previous forums but haven't found a solution to my problem. I have been streaming with OBS for around a year now and had never had this problem before. I mostly play Battlefield 1 and during stream, when I am on the Intermission Scene or when the game is going slow, everything works fine but as soon as the game screen begins to move more, I get an encoding overload message and the Twitch video drops to about 1 FPS, literally (link to video: https://www.twitch.tv/videos/246780752).
I don't think it should be a hardware problem but here are my specs:
CPU: AMD Rayzen 7 1700x 8-core, 3.47 Ghz
RAM: 16GB DDR4
Storage: 1 TB HDD, 7200 RPM
GPU: AMD Radeon RX 580 8GB
