Question / Help Encoder Overloaded

Hello,

I keep getting the following error of "Encoder Overloaded" which doesn't make any sense from a hardware standpoint. Given the hardware spec's I have and the internet I am running on at the moment I shouldn't be having an issue with encoding to my knowledge. I would appreciate any assistance you can provide.

PC Specs:
i5 6600k
16GB RAM
GTX 1070

https://gist.github.com/anonymous/873754645e17768ef2634639dbc97655 - 3rd to last log where I went a good hour before encoding issues started and then the above logs always threw the encoding errors within mintues of startup

^Log is above of my last attempt that worked for about an hour and then it just started throwing encoder overloaded errors and no matter which setting or encoder I use it still keeps throwing the same error preventing me from streaming on twitch.

Get rid of these awful settings, no idea where you found them. Don't mess with advanced settings if you don't know what they do, and don't follow guides that tell you to as they also don't know what they're doing.

17:46:06.143: [x264 encoder: 'streaming_h264'] preset: medium
17:46:06.143: [x264 encoder: 'streaming_h264'] custom settings: opencl=true scenecut=0

If you need to reduce CPU further, lower your resolution. 1080p60 with a game is probably going to overwork your i5.
