Guys help already even reinstalled the system. Drop frames and encoder overloaded. I don’t know what to do, I’ve already tried everything even at the minimum settings, the percentage of frame skipping is then 0. Sometimes it increases to 5% and then drops to 0. I attach the logs. Thank you all for your help.

Please review and follow directions and recommendations on the analyzer:

Then use again the Auto-configuration Wizard (tools menu) and apply the recommended settings. Restart OBS.
In simple output mode select one of the presets. Test again.
If the problem persist you can try lowering the output resolution to 1080p and/or reduce the quality on the game. You system may not support all the load you are trying to get from it.

Good afternoon. I changed everything and even set the bitrate to 10k for recording. Sometimes, even in the open menu, the encoder is overloaded. I think there may be a problem that the frame rate is set to 144 in the game and 60 in the obs. Then I noticed the problem that the priority drops to normal when I set it to high through the register. At max load in the game, my video card does not load 100%

Sorry, I fail to copy the link to the analyzer

For recording use CQP instead of CBR.
Set the CQ level between 23 and 15 (lower better quality)

Depending on the game and how it works higher values of fps may affect OBS capture. It's safe to use 60 fps ingame and if you have a good modern computer you can go up to 120 with no issues for OBS.
Setting priority in OBS settings don't do much. Blame Microsoft. What do the trick is running OBS as admin.

And finally, Modern Warfare (2019) / Warzone (a.k.a cheatzone) isn't well optimized and use more resourcer than it needs. In this particular game it's better to be on the safe side of graphics quality. Their recommended spects are practically the basic ones.
