So my PC has an i5-6600K Overclocked to 4.5Ghz and a GTX 1070 and 16GB of DDR4 ram clocked at 2400.
For some reason whenever I stream now with OBS it's giving me an encoder overload issue at presets Veryfast to Faster which I'm pretty sure shouldn't be happening for 720p/60fps streaming of Overwatch of all games on even medium settings.
Any idea whats up? It even happens when recording.
My settings are fairly simple.
