I have been running into an Encoder issue that I cannot figure out. The basic issue that one instance the stream will be fine and smooth, then not. I have included logs that will show the problem "I hope". First game smooth GPU in the 45 -50% range and the CPU at 25- 33%. Closed OBS and Started a New Game no changes to anything. GPU in the 20-30% range and the CPU hovers around 17 -19% and I get Encoder issues. Restart OBS again and Playing the same game immediately after OBS comes back up and No issues. If I try and Switch a game without restarting OBS I get 100% encoder and rendering lag and the GPU is at 20-30% range and the CPU hovers around 17 -19% even though the first game was smooth and no issues. On a side note this also happens if I recorded something stop and then try and live stream after. 08-08-27 is World of Warships 08-25-51 and 08-31-24 are both SWTOR. All were run consecutively with a freshly started OBS in between. Anyone have a clue as to what this problem is?
