When i try to preview stream, obs just says "Encoder initialization failed!".
But plz if someone could help me and tell what to do.
I dont know what to do.
I have used OBS before on my old Windows 7 laptop.
But for christmas I got a new computer. A Windows 8.1.
And OBS just wont work on it.
