Question / Help Encoder error. Failure to start recording.

Hello,
I am new to OBS.
I am unable to record.
A message pops up saying: An encoder error occurred while recording.
Can someone please help me out?

Check the driver version on your Intel GPU. Some versions break the QSV encoder.
