Encoder error and game crash at the same time streaming

I was streaming COD:MW when the crash occured in the middle of a warzone game. This is beoming a recurring theme and I don't know what is causing it. I have highlights AND shadowplay turned off. Its on a fresh windows install and the drivers are up to date too.

added the actual log file of when the stream crashed, for some reason it didnt log the right crash log for the upload

Your GPU is crashing. Update drivers, BIOS, turn off overclocks, etc.

drivers are the newest version, I have the most recent bios and my card is stock out of the box. its happening pretty frequently
