Encode settings to stream Warzone

Hi! I have a ryzen 3 3100, amd radeon 5500 xt (8gb), 16gb ram, 1gb fiber; to stream Warzone on twitch what are the best encoding settings? i mean x264 / gpu, resolution, fps, bitrate, warzone graphics.
When i try to stream this game, the graphics freeze...

720p, 60fps, bicubic, and 3500kbps. You could probably set the graphics at high too at whatever resolution (as long as it's below 4k)
