Question / Help Enabling 60fps

Can someone tell me how to enable 720p60fps please?

I have gone into settings and then ticked "rescale output" and chose 1280x720 but I don't see anything regarding FPS.

Don't use the rescale output option.
Go into the video tab

Thanks and obviously I set canvas to what ever my resolution currently is?

Canvas should be the resolution of the monitor / game.
