Enable unsupported encoders

For the purpose of screenshots and looking at settings from Quicksync and AMF, is it possible to enable those somehow on unsupported systems?

I'm guessing there are no hidden ini-file setting or command-line parameter for this, but I figured I would still ask if anyone knows :)

What on earth do you mean? You want people to be able to select encoders that won't work on their system? That sounds like a terrible idea that will lead to a lot of confused people.

No, of course not for other people. Just on my system so that I can look at the same things they see.

But I assume there's no way to do that without setting up my own build. It will have to be a project for later...
