Enable/disable noisegate while live, restart global sources

For the love of all that is good...! These two things have been my biggest pet peeves for OBS since using it way back in 2012(?).

Please, allow us to enable/disable microphone noise gate while live. While at the same time, allow profiles to be setup so that they have noise gate on/off.

Another thing, is allow us to restart global sources! I use a lot of global sources that are moved/edited around quite a bit. Sometimes, the sources crash and I have no way to restart them like I would normal sources. I have to restart my entire stream!

For the global sources, the multiplatform version uses a different system, which should fix this problem.
For the Noise Gate, I guess that will also change drastically with the options the MP version will offer.

At the moment I think its hard to get someone to write/edit the "original" OBS and the design of it might make it pretty complicated as well.
