Help me OBS forum sages you're my only hope!

So I have an elgato game capture hd. Used to stream with my 360. Initially I had the audio sync issue. Even when I set the mic offset to 1500 it never seemed to change anything, then one day I just switched the FPS in OBS form 30 to 60 and it worked. Dont know if that had anything to do with it or not. I streamed for a little bit all very casually then kinda stopped. Couple months later I got an xbox one now thought Id turn the stream on. Well here we go audio not syncing again. Decided to go with the global audio offset and the negative elgato offset this time. Heres the interesting part it seems to work but every time I restart my computer I have to change the settings back to normal, then change them to the offsets and it will work. At least for an hour or so then Ive noticed in the twitch recordings the audio falls apart. On the most recent occasion the game audio started echoing. I heard the game audio was kind of lite and in time then a little bit later louder like its supposed to be but late. Other times it seems the mic audio gets out of sync. Either way whenever I go to start a stream it doesnt work like I said unless I change the settings and then start a stream and then back again.

Theres a log, I believe this is the night I got the echo problem. Im having some connection issues now and twitch doesnt want to behave and let me play the videos so Im going from memory.

Here's another one I think this the audio just gets out of sync.

I know the elgato isnt a great card because of the USB 2.0 wish I knew that before I bought it. Problem is Im running bootcamp on an iMac so the only other option I really have is something with thunderbolt so I'm looking at a BMI shuttle. Although it seems that those have their own set of problems. Im not opposed to getting a newer better card but If Im going to be dropping a decent amount of cash I want it to work as seamlessly as possible so Im open to any suggestions on that front.

Ive tried to be pretty thorough here but If Ive forgotten something or you need more information let me know.

Heres one with the global audio but for some reason I didnt have the elgato buffer on its normally on 0 maybe that caused my problem. Like I said Ive been trying a lot of things on my own and theres a severe slowage in my area so I cant really tell which videos go with which logs
