Question / Help Elgato won't fit into OBS (But is fine on Elgato)

Hello all, so basically my Elgato screen won't fit onto the OBS screen... I have tried stretch to fit and all but the quality goes grainy and poor. This has never happened before and I was wondering if anyone knows how to fix this?
