Question / Help Elgato with OBS

Hey guys, I am kinda confused here when it comes to streaming my elgato through OBS so I can use facecam. Whenever I try to use the elgato through OBS this is what happens: http://gyazo.com/28296d6c50bb878db337137ddbe29bd0 minus the face, thats from the cam obviously lol. I can never seem to figure out how to make it work, because it will not show up unless I have the game capture software running which then makes it in use from the other program. Any help please? :P

That's not my problem, my problem is that it keeps saying it's in use by another program, but if I turn off the program that is using it, then it won't show up in OBS at all.
